This is a case-based presentation on the practical application of risk mitigation strategies already discussed in Part I. Team-based care and clinic optimization will be discussed followed by the presentation of 3 clinical cases that address multiple issues common to practice and clinical pearls will be shared to reinforce previous learning and assist with clinical implementation.
